How to watch Warriors vs. Mavericks game today for free: Live stream

SAN FRANCISCO -- NBA fans should be treated to a good one in the Western Conference today, as Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks face Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on ABC and ESPN+. Tip-off is slated for 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
If you don’t have cable, no problem. A number of streaming services will broadcast the game live, and you can watch on Fubo (free trial), DirecTV Stream (free trial) and Sling (promotional offers).
ESPN+ is also an option to stream this game. While the service does not offer a free trial, fans can sign up for a package starting at $11.99/month.
Coming out of the All-Star break, teams look at where they stand and figure out what needs to be done in the last couple months to meet their goals.
Both the Warriors and Mavericks are in play-in position in the standings, and so while that technically would extend their season, it doesn’t guarantee a playoff spot.
Both squads have dealt with injuries and dramatic team changes as well. Anthony Davis was part of the shocking blockbuster trade that sent him from the Lakers to the Mavericks in exchange for Luka Doncic, and the Warriors picked up Jimmy Butler to end a saga in Miami.
Outside of 23.4 points per game from Steph Curry, Butler has averaged 21.3 points in his four games before the break, which the Golden State offense needs.
Irving has done well, averaging 24.6 points per game, but without Luka Doncic, and Davis battling injury already, he may have to do more in the scoring output.
