Knicks vs. Pacers Game 7 prediction: NBA picks, player props, odds

As injuries have piled up, Miles McBride has slid into the Knicks’ rotation, providing a jolt to coach Tom Thibodeau’s depleted lineup.
The West Virginia product has played 32-plus minutes in each of the last three games, including starting the last two, and he’s been a massive part of the Knicks’ offensive attack.
McBride is averaging 17.7 points, which trails only Jalen Brunson’s 31 points per game, and 2.7 3-pointers per game over the past three matchups against the Pacers.
He’s done it with excellent accuracy from the field, shooting 41.7 percent from 3 and 55 percent overall during this stretch.
But McBride has also seen an uptick in volume.

The third-year guard is averaging 14.7 field goal attempts, including 6.7 3-pointers, per contest in the last three games.
McBride likely would have seen even more shots if each game wasn’t a blowout — playing 40-plus minutes just once over three games when you’re a big part of Thibodeau’s playoff rotation is only possible when blowouts are mixed in.
He’s picked up the slack where Brunson and Donte DiVincenzo have fallen off in recent games as fatigue from the tough series sets in, something that could continue in Game 7.

And with Josh Hart hobbled — or worse, potentially out completely — with an abdomen injury suffered in Game 6, there should be even more opportunities for McBride to get his in this winner-take-all game.
With the season on the line, look for McBride to play big minutes and be unafraid in them, as he’s shown throughout this playoff run.
