This year's event centers on the theme of "warmth", highlighting the festive atmosphere, the gradual return of spring, heartwarming moments in life, and the warmth found in Su Shi's poetry. The program aims to convey hope and strength for the new year through this warmth.

A variety of creative performances, including innovative plays, songs, dances, comedies, opera songs and martial arts will be staged, offering audiences a cross-temporal cultural feast for the festival.

The Lantern Festival, falling on Feb 12 this year, includes traditions like viewing lanterns, guessing lantern riddles, dragon lantern dances, and eating yuanxiao or tangyuan, which is made of glutinous rice.
