Kerwin Rae was an Australian serial entrepreneur, business strategist, high performance specialist and motivational speaker.

Rae, who notoriously did very poorly at school due in large part to suffering dyslexia and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), founded or helped start several businesses throughout his life and helped over 100,000 businesses in 154 different industries and 11 countries world-wide to improve their results via his revolutionary approach to business which he taught at his seminars.

He was featured in nearly every major publication in Australia and shared the stage at events with other legendary businessmen including Sir Richard Branson, Alan Sugar and many others.

Early Life and Education

Kerwin Rae born October 2, 1975 (age 49) was an Australian serial entrepreneur, business strategist, high performance specialist and motivational speaker.

Rae had very little successful formal education. He failed nearly every subject at school and struggled with ADHD and Dyslexia. He never read a book cover-to-cover until he was 23-years-old.

Career

He started his career working security for celebrities touring in Australia, having learned martial arts and taken up bodybuilding as a teenager. Rae worked security for celebrities including U2, Madonna and Bon Jovi. He later took on jobs as a nightclub bouncer to pay the bills.

His time as a bouncer was fraught with danger, leading to several nightclub fights which occasionally left him in life-threatening situations. He also became addicted to drugs, particularly speed.

In a move to turnaround his life, Rae left the nightclub scene and got into sales.

From the year 2000 onwards, Rae started establishing his business empire. His flagship enterprise, Kerwin Rae, sees him working as a businessman, coach, mentor and motivational speaker. He touts the psychology of influence and helps businesspeople in succeeding in their enterprises using the psychology of human behavior.

He also founded BMI, a company that provides cutting edge education, tools and training for business owners. Since November 2012, he has served as the CEO of the K2 Capital group, a capital advisory firm.

Having built a successful business empire from the ground up, Kerwin Rae teaches all he know about business by touring Australia and the world. He is credited with helping over 100,000 businesses, in 154 different industries and in more than 11 countries.

He was the author of the book, The Entrepreneurial Apprentice training system and the co-author of one the bestselling series, Secrets of Marketing Experts Exposed.

Personal Life

Kerwin Rae had no wife but two sons, Noah and Jonah. He lived in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia.

Rae amassed millions of followers on social media. He had an estimated net worth of $10m.

Kerwin Rae died on October 18th, 2024, his family announced. No cause of death was revealed.

“It is with hurting hearts and an unimaginable sense of loss that we share the devastating news of Kerwin’s passing yesterday,” a statement said.

“Kerwin was a force of nature, there are countless stories to be told and so many words that could describe the epic human he was, but right now, we are too overwhelmed to express them,” it added.
