The popular England star played the full 90 minutes as Pep Guardiola's men beat Inter Milan to win the Champions League.
Grealish has since been front and centre of the post-match antics as the team partied in Istanbul and took an impromptu trip to Ibiza.
The winger, who has been hailed as 'a breath of fresh air', was back on English soil to continue the celebrations for the treble parade on Monday.
But with England's Euro 2024 qualifier against Malta on Friday and most of Gareth Southgate's squad already in training, what's the plan for Grealish and the rest of his Man City teammates?
