And Cameron Diaz, 47, cut a low-key figure as she took a break from lockdown to buy birthday cards in Studio City, LA on Friday.
New rules imposed in the state require all residents to cover their face when out and the actress abided by these and also chose to wear a single black glove.

Cameron donned boyfriend jeans and a simple grey jumper for her outing.
The mum-of-one completed her ensemble with box-fresh trainers and a simple brown satchel bag slung around her body.
Cameron wore tortoise shell frames on her face, a pair of reading glasses on her head and swept her blonde tresses into a ponytail in a no muss, no fuss style.
The Holiday actress is currently on a hiatus from acting after getting married and starting a family in 2015.

The star 'is enjoying her time away from the action, and spending it with her husband and baby Raddix,' a source told ET.
The insider added: 'Cameron worked consistently for almost 20 years and needed a break.
'Cameron loves being a mother and that is her main focus now. Cameron plans to be selective in any projects she considers for the future, but for now it’s all about family.'
She last starred alongside Jamie Foxx and Rose Byrne in the 2014 feature adaptation of Annie.
She wrote in August for a personal essay in InStyle: 'The way I look at it is that I’ve given more than half of my life to the public.
'I feel it’s OK for me to take time for myself now to reorganize and choose how I want to come [back] into the world. If I decide to. I don’t miss performing.'
